The discussion, which explores the connection between subliminal responses to a built environment and the future of design, will be held on Wednesday, April 7th, 2021 via Zoom 

Built Beautiful is a feature length documentary that examines the theories presented at the UX + Design/2019 conference held at Tufts University, as well as those embodied in the book Beauty, Neuroscience & Architecture by Donald H. Ruggles.

Featured at the Denver Film Festival last Fall, the film explores how architects and neuroscientists research the future of design through one’s subliminal response to their built environment. 

Produced by Barbara Bridges, Donald Zuckerman and Donald H. Ruggles, the film includes commentary from leading experts from around the world in the emerging field of neuro-aesthetics as well as academics, researchers, architects and interior designers.
