Requirements
Applicants to the BS Arch program.
Preference is given to students from underrepresented groups,defined as those students from geographic areas and socioeconomic backgrounds that are historically underrepresented in the field of architecture, and/or students who have faced unusual adversity.
How much?
$2000, eligible for renewal over four years totaling $8000 per student
One award available per class (e.g. one recipient per class), annually
Essay: Please write a brief essay describing your commitment to or experience with interdisciplinary design, and why this is important to you. Additionally, please prepare a statement of your financial need and how a scholarship would positively impact your academic achievement (300 words max).

Who can apply?
CAP students of any level (undergraduate and graduate) and of any degree program (Architecture, Historic Preservation, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Urban and Regional Planning) may apply.
This scholarship seeks to support CAP students who are historically underrepresented in the College as well as in the field of architecture and planning. Underrepresented students include those who are from geographic areas and socioeconomic backgrounds who are historically underrepresented in CAP’s related professional fields, and/or students who have faced unusual adversity.
