To join our list to receive announcements about CAP career and recruitment events, please join our Employer Communication list. Make sure you also complete registration in Handshake so you can post internships and jobs for CAP students.
CU Denver and CAP use Handshake as the recruitment resource that connects you to our students. This job board allows you to post both internships and full-time roles to current undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent alumni. Handshake is the #1 way for you to get your open positions in front of CAP students, and it’s easy and free to use.
Employer participation in Handshake requires that each organization representative set up their own account. Once registered, you can post as many roles as you would like at no charge to you. Before you register, please review all of CU Denver’s policies for employers here on the LynxConnect website. Approved employers must be legitimate business entities. For liability reasons we are not able to advertise personal design projects through Handshake or other channels in CAP.
If you are looking to develop an internship program or to refine your recruitment or engagement strategy, please reach out to Jen Skidmore for a consultation.
Employer Policies
CU Denver expects that all employers will abide by the recruiting policies as set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). We strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with these policies by visiting the NACE website.
