Topic 2: Make the case for improving Colorado State Historic tax incentives to make it easier to reinvest in older and historic buildings

Topic 3:  Update the survey of downtown Denver to include buildings constructed between 1960 and 1996 that meet the criteria for landmark designation.

Topic 4:  Develop preservation education and a myth busting campaign featuring developers and owners with direct knowledge of the impact of landmark designation on design choices, rehab costs and property value.
