CU CAP Capstone Project Featured in Teton Valley News
Apr 20, 2021April 16, 2021 -- Teton Valley News, the leading news source for the Teton County Valley’s five towns, recently cited a CU CAP student’s capstone project in the news. The 2020 study, led by student Shelby Jablon, was prepared for Valley Advocates for Responsible Development and the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance and states that the Valley is home to over 800 vacation rentals, which is around 14 percent of the housing units in the county. The study’s source is AirDNA, a site that collects short-term rental data from the two most popular vacation rental listing sites, Airbnb and VRBO, and was prepared for Valley Advocates for Responsible Development and the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance.
