On Friday, February 25, from10am to 11:30am, the Architecture Department will hold a workshop entitled "Fostering Resilience: Managing health, maintaining balance, and keeping perspective in the COVID and Post-COVID academic workplace." This fantastic workshop will be facilitated by Nicole Weis, Director of Community Training and Empowerment at the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. All CAP faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. This will be an in-person event, held in room 3301, plus the event will be recorded. Nicole had delivered this workshop many times in the past two years, most recently for CU's Excellence in Leadership Program during the fall semester in Colorado Springs. She offers enlightening frameworks, strategies, and ways of thinking to grow your resilience and gain a more balanced perspective during COVID. Please make every effort to attend.
