Date: Spring 2025
Silhouettes of people walking through Ekar Farms with a garden, shade, and a greenhouse.
Student Researchers: Alexis Bernstein Faculty Advisor: Robin Norcross

Looking at the new site of Ekar Farms, I looked at using food forests as productive spaces and for erosion prevention. Ekar Farms serves many groupsof people and is hoping to engage youth and the elderly community at Shalom Park in Aurora, CO. Through intentional and flexible design, my planallows Ekar Farms to grow and change as needed while still remaining productive.
