This report provides Teton Valley communities with policies and programs to alleviate the regions ongoing housing crisis. The report includes an overview of study area existing conditions, analysis of amenity migration research, short-term rental research, and case studies. Based off of community need and existing policies, thoughtful recommendations were made to protect and expand affordable housing opportunities for Teton Valley locals.
