"In Contrast by Nature" - Nora Webster
In studying the Art Noveau movement for this design, nature was mimicked and combined with industrial methods of fabrication and assembly. With four pieces of wood that were twisted by nature, a steel, coiled armature was created for joining the legs with a found slab of stone.

"The Proper" - Alexis Trick
The driving factor behind "The Proper" was working and experimenting with unfamiliar materials. The walnut slab was severely cupped upon acquisition and will only continue to warp over time. Creating a base that supports and elevates the top without constraining will allow the wood to continue its distortion.

"Coordinated Separates" - Grant Warmerdam
This project takes the approach of one bench made up of many small stools/tables. They can be taken apart and used separately, or put together to make one large piece. It is up to the user to decide how they want to arrange the pieces, encouraging playfulness.

"What are Thoooose?" - Dillon Chang
This piece is a coffee table made up of components of a deconstructed brake machine, donated truck bed flooring, and a pane of tempered glass from the dumpster of a glass company. The challenge of this project was marrying these three unique materials into a single harmonious piece.

"On the Rocks" - Sabrina Canada
A piece of scrap marble, truckbed floor, and salvaged steel wheels merge seamlessly to form this unique bar cart.
