Meredith Wenskoski

Meredith Wenskoski, PLA, LEED AP, is an urban designer, planner, and landscape architect and the Founder and President of Livable Cities Studio, a nationally recognized practice dedicated to creating equitable, resilient, and people-centered communities. With more than two decades of experience, she has led transformative urban design, planning, and public-realm initiatives that bridge vision and implementation, helping cities realize ambitious goals for housing, mobility, climate resilience, public space, and community development.

Meredith's portfolio includes some of the Denver region's most influential civic and infrastructure projects, including the Sun Valley Community Transformation Plan and Riverfront Park, Platte to Park Hill Stormwater Systems, the High Line Canal Framework Plan, and the Connecting Auraria Streetscape. Her work is recognized for integrating urban design excellence with social impact, ecological performance, and long-term community value, earning numerous honors from the American Society of Landscape Architects, the American Planning Association, and other professional organizations.

A frequent speaker and thought leader, Meredith has presented nationally at ASLA, APA, NRPA, and Greater & Greener conferences on topics including urban resilience, equitable public space, trauma informed planning, and community-centered design. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of urban designers through her teaching in CU Denver's Master of Urban Design program.
