Dr. Rogers has extensive experience developing policy and planning frameworks for equitable community development. She is co-editor, with John A. Powell, of Where Credit is Due: Bringing Equity to Credit and Housing After the Market Meltdown (Univ. Press of America, 2013). She has directed research on neighborhood revitalization, food insecurity and vulnerable seniors that resulted in significant community investment. She received her MLA from the Harvard GSD and her PhD in Geography from The Ohio State University.
