Work under this project’s scope includes space programming, conceptual design, schematic floor plan layout, technical drawings, and renderings for the adaptive reuse Town Hall. It also includes master site planning and accompanying rendered images for future site development.

This plan takes a multidisciplinary approach to create a framework that aligns with Dove Creek’s mission 
to “inspire and sustain a dynamic, innovative and prosperous community.”  This plan serves as a resource for the Town’s continued sustainable development of municipal facilities, which also includes a fire station and their goals of working toward sustainability, improved infrastructure, and a diverse and growing community.
