The UTAP team was tasked with enhancing the existing fairgrounds to better support the annual fair and transform the space into a welcoming, year-round hub for the community and travelers alike. With the input of the community through surveys and several meetings the UTAP team created a dynamic vision that ensures the fairgrounds become a thriving center for connection, creativity, and growth in Park County’s ever-expanding community.

The resulting design not only meets the clients goals but also introduces several new features aimed at long-term growth and sustainability. Key additions include an amphitheater for performances and public gatherings, a community hub for local events and activities, an incubator space to support entrepreneurship, and modern accommodations such as an RV park and tiny home rentals.
