Vision:

Resilient Roots envisions a world where all people recovering from addiction have a community learning garden/kitchen available to them to improve their treatment experience and outcomes.

Mission:

Resilient Roots aims to be a place for learning, practicing, and promoting resilience through food. It serves the health goals of individuals undergoing treatment for and/or recovering from substance use disorder. It strives to be self-sustaining, optimistic, and welcoming of diverse perspectives and abilities.

A Healthy Approach:

Resilient Roots offers a wide range of educational and therapeutic activities to substance use disorder patients in groups 6-12 in size with a balance of gardening, culinary and nutrition, and social offerings. Resilient Roots can be an important part of any addiction recovery journey.
