Sarah McGarry, NCIDQ, IIDA, LEED AP, has nearly 20 years of experience in interior design. Recently, Sarah served as a principal at Stantec, where she was responsible for the business and operations side of the practice as well as design leadership, management, and execution. At the same time as Sarah joins us at CAP, she is also starting her own design firm, Clic Design Studio. Prior to working at Stantec, Sarah worked at RNL (now Stantec), and Hixson in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience as a lead designer on a wide range of corporate office projects including corporate headquarters, law firms, and financial services firms. In addition to her work, Sarah has served for eight years on the board of the Colorado Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), holding a variety of positions including Chapter President.

During her tenure as President, she initiated the “Best” awards program that recognizes interior design projects that showcase “Brilliantly Executed Spaces & Thinking.” Most recently, Sarah was awarded the 2021 Mile High CRE Climber Award, an award given to industry professionals who innovate, inspire, collaborate, and take risks.

Sarah studied at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts cum laude in Interior Design.
