Connor Rumsey

Connor Rumsey is CAP’s Senior Finance and Human Resources Professional. Prior to joining CAP, Connor worked as a Procurement Services Professional with CU Denver’s Business School and as a Finance and Procurement Help Desk Consultant with the Office of University Controller at CU System.

At CAP, Connor oversees all travel activities (except study abroad programs), coordinates payroll and student human resources functions, reconciles auxiliary and gift funds, and provides procurement and financial support to various college programs, including the ColoradoBuildingWorkshop, CAP’s Design Build program.

Connor is also currently working to complete his bachelor’s degree in sociology here at CU Denver. Outside of work and school, you’ll find Connor reading poetry, working on a LEGO set, tending to his yard, or playing a video game. Born and raised in Colorado, Connor also enjoys spending time in the mountains with his husband and their dog. Camping and paddle boarding are among his favorite outdoor hobbies
